Gîte des Moines

The house has two terraces (east and south) with garden furniture, parasol and its own barbecue. The entry is off the abbey’s central court yard, the ‘cour d’honneur’.

The gîte has four quite large bedrooms (1x groudn floor, 3x first floor):

• one room with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m)

• one room with  3 beds (lits bateau)(1.20x1.90m  each) and a baby bed

• one room with  two beds (lits bateau)(1.20 x 1.90m each) and a single bed (0,90 x 2,00m)

• one room with two beds (0,90 x 2,00m) and a separate bathroom

With 2 master bedrooms, 2 children’s bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a gîte is created that is large and comfortable enough to be suitable for two families or for a stay with grandparents.

The comfortable French antique furniture goes very well with the décor of natural stone and ancient oak.

On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with an electric cooker, an electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffeemaker and all the essential cooking materials and crockery. From the kitchen/dining room a little staircase leads to the south oriented living room with big doors opening on to the terrace. There is a big wood burner stove and a radio/cassette/CD player.

The completely tiled bathrooms are equipped with a bath, separate shower, wash basin with hot/cold running water and toilet. On the ground floor there is an extra (3rd) toilet.
